Return Eligibility:

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • All original tags, labels, and invoices must be included.
  • The item must not have any stains, perfumes, or alterations.
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

Conditions Under Which Returns Will Not Be Accepted:

  • If the item has been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items returned without original tags, labels, or packaging.
  • Customized or altered products (including stitched or resized items).
  • Items with perfume, makeup marks, or any kind of stain.
  • Intimate wear, such as undergarments, will not be accepted for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with our policy.
